Exhibit booth space is available for just $450.
The exhibit fee includes: a 10’ x 10’ space, 1 table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape, standard electricity, and one full registration. Additional registration passes can be purchased for booth representatives for $150.00 each. As an exhibitor, you will be listed on the conference website and the 2026 Conference Program.
Loading Instructions
You are welcome to load in either through our East Blvd entrance or the parking garage, but please do not use the front entrance. If you go to the front entrance, our security team will politely ask you to move. It is recommended to load in at the East Blvd entrance, as detailed below.
The East Blvd Entrance: 11030 East Blvd (the same address that comes up on Google when you search the botanical garden)
The East Blvd entrance is a side door, which has a clearly labeled Cleveland Botanical Garden Valet Lane where you can pull over to park and unload.
Please press the doorbell and wait for security to let you in.
Booth Assignments
A booth is assigned based on the date the booth registration is received. Full payment is due upon issuance of an invoice. Payment is accepted by check only and should be mailed to NEOGEO, PO Box 14022, Cleveland, OH 44114.
